WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare monthly financial and managements reports on country level and for management and investors
- Consolidate financial and management accounts reporting for the Hong Kong region in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with local regulatory and the Group requirements
- Lead budgeting and forecasting to support business growth. Prepare budgets versus actuals analysis
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including GL entries, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, prepare reconciliations, month-end closing, consolidation and tax filing.
- Prepare cashflow projections, monitor cashflow, optimize working capital and manage liquidity.
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control.
- Oversee the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of monthly Property Performance Reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial and management reports.
- Collaborate with cross-function teams to align financial goals
- Review and optimize license agreements from finance perspective
- Arrange rental payment with recharge items
- Manage the Hong Kong finance team consisting of local and remote staff
- Assist in streamlining processes and reviewing existing workflow
- Implement financial systems and automation tools to enhance efficiency
- Provide support in setting up new projects and handling ad hoc requests from management
