We want to challenge the way travelers view Tokyo’s diverse neighborhoods through local eyes and unique storytelling.


The ideal candidate will be our brand ambassador for maintaining and developing meaningful relationships with existing and new business partners such as property owners and asset management companies. Working closely with our seasoned HQ in Hong Kong, you will be involved in the strategizing and implementation for the success of each single investment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Understand underwritings, terms & conditions, deal structures of each asset transaction.
  • Translate the above into strategies and action items at executional level, including pre-opening, capex program and ongoing operations.
  • Execute above strategies and action items, including proposing and negotiating working flows, creating budget and obtaining approval, conduct regular reports with external stakeholders including lenders and asset management team appointed by the investors after deal closing.
  • Communicate and align with internal stakeholders including operation team, finance team, management teams with the strategies and action items in second bullet point.
  • Review and provide advice to the internal stakeholders regarding the performance of each asset.
  • Provide feedback to the transaction team in relation to deal structure, financial model and terms & conditions. 
  • Be the primary contact point with other external stakeholders pertaining to the assets.





What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years working experience in real estate or hospitality sectors
  • Bachelor's degree focused on business administration, hospitality, restaurant management, industry is a plus. 
  • Interested in the Japanese real estate market
  • Japanese native level, English business level 
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Great problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in G-Suites/ MS Office
