We are expanding quickly and now enhancing tenant experience in Hong Kong to support our growth. The ideal candidates will be our brand ambassadors to ensure a pleasant customer journey with Dash Living's values embedded in their daily operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Assist in managing guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support the operations team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization inrooms and common areas.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.
