Description

  • Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster
  • Responsible for the tenants engagement of the designated property or cluster
  • Responsible for customer satisfactions and handling escalated and emergency cases
  • Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations
  • Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping with other community team members
  • Shift duty is required (Saturday & Sunday included)
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager


Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year working experience in guest service/ concierge/ hospitality sectors
  • Higher diploma/ Professional Certificate or above in Hospitality and Tourism Studies
  • Adapt to change and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about customer service and engagement. 
  • Experience in boutique hotel, serviced accommodation, co-working, membership club, start-up environments will be a plus
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and a sense of humour is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
