Description
- Responsible for the operation and customer support of the designated property or cluster
- Responsible for the tenants engagement of the designated property or cluster
- Responsible for customer satisfactions and handling escalated and emergency cases
- Focal point for guest inquiries, traffics & reservations
- Coordinate guest service-related issues such as maintenance, reservations and housekeeping with other community team members
- Shift duty is required (Saturday & Sunday included)
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by direct manager
