Dash Living is Asia Pacific’s new generation of rental solutions in Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, and Sydney. We are creating a global accommodation community through sharing economies, tech, and unique tenant experiences, empowering discerning urban professionals to live and thrive in the most expensive cities in the world. Founded in 2014, venture capital-backed by MindWorks Ventures, Grosvenor, Taronga Ventures, and more.
We are expanding quickly and we want sales hustlers in Hong Kong to support our high growth. The ideal candidates will be proactive, ambitious and self-driven to sell Dash Living's accommodation solutions to corporates, partners, and targeted group business segments. Your goals will be to meet or exceed the monthly sales quota, contribute to a consistently high level of occupancy, and increase revenue from the enterprise segment in Hong Kong. An entrepreneurial mindset is required to succeed in this role in a good challenging environment and develop within the company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Grow our community by reaching out to potential new customers both through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Present and sell Dash Living’s accommodation solutions to B2C consumers as well as senior executives, HR, procurement, relocation services, travel management companies, etc.
- Consistently deliver on monthly sales goals through various sales channels
- Build the new business sales pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts
- Lead in-person viewings at our portfolio of properties across Hong Kong
- Co-create / Lead in-person events targeting different demographics
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive online and offline initiatives to develop a sales pipeline at scale
- Forecast individual sales pipeline accurately to consistently reach revenue and occupancy goals
- Assist in executing our growth strategies in Hong Kong
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow new sales channels and distribution partners
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by your direct manager
