Description
- Grow our community by reaching out to potential new customers both through inbound leads and outbound prospecting
- Present and sell Dash Living’s accommodation solutions to B2C consumers as well as senior executives, HR, procurement, relocation services, travel management companies, etc.
- Consistently deliver on monthly sales goals through various sales channels
- Build the new business sales pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with strategic accounts
- Lead in-person viewings at our portfolio of properties across Hong Kong
- Co-create / Lead in person events targeting different demographics
- Work collaboratively with our marketing team to drive on and offline initiatives to develop sales pipeline at scale
- Forecast individual sales pipeline accurately to consistently reach revenue and occupancy goals
- Assist to execute our growth strategies in Hong Kong
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and grow new sales channels and distribution partners
- Other ad hoc tasks as required by your direct manager
