Content Marketing Executive

We help organizations to acquire and service a lot of customers digitally by seamlessly automating their onboarding and service delivery processes, so that they can be more productive, make their customers happy and boost their revenues.  Our identity and essence is solving problems in a very seamless manner in line with our name; Seamfix is coined from Seamless fixing of problems

• Research on industry-related topics, generate ideas for new content types, Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content, and recommend new topics.
• Write clear marketing copies for text and video content to promote our products/services via digital marketing channels and attract customers.
• Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, landing pages, banner ads, and blogs.
• Deliver quality marketing and brand collaterals that appeal to our audience and boost brand awareness.
• Proofread articles, one-pagers, proposals, sales pitches, and so on, as requested.
• Work with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver compelling newsletters.
• Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic and publicity.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
• Promote content on social media as a form of content marketing.
• Prepare content marketing reports
• Measure and manage online content

PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
• Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
• Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
• Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
• Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.

• 3+ years of experience as a Content Marketing Executive
• Share samples of work or a portfolio of published articles to show proof of experience as a Content Writer.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress and Medium)
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Experience in pushing successful marketing campaigns with compelling copywriting skills.
• Familiarity with Mailchimp will be a plus.
• 2+years of hands-on experience with SEO

• BSc in English, communications, linguistics, or related field
