Key Responsibilities

1. Platform System Design & Development

  • Design, develop, and implement platform solutions (e.g., ID verification and biometric access management systems) that enable secure, scalable, and seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
  • Own the technical architecture and integration of biometric features into access management and identity verification platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure platform systems align with market demands and achieve Product-Market Fit.


2. Product Management & Strategy

  • Develop and execute platform product strategies, including go-to-market plans, market segmentation, and consistent positioning statements for assigned platforms.
  • Define and communicate the platform vision and customer-led benefits to sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive adoption and sales.
  • Establish pricing strategies for platform solutions using market research and competitor analysis.


3. Data Security & PII Management

  • Implement security measures to safeguard PII processed by the platform, ensuring compliance with data protection standards.
  • Design systems to securely collect, store, and transfer PII between Seamfix and partner organizations.
  • Leverage tools and strategies to gather and process personal data efficiently and securely.


4. Customer Insights & Optimization

  • Research customer usage patterns, untapped opportunities, and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
  • Utilize platform analytics and marketing tools to optimize key metrics such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), churn, and revenue.
  • Drive cross-selling, upselling, and customer retention initiatives by enhancing platform capabilities.


5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, sales) to align platform development with business goals.
  • Arm sales teams with the knowledge, tools, and compelling marketing materials needed to successfully position and sell platform solutions.
  • Represent Seamfix with external audiences (e.g., clients, partners, press) to articulate the value of our platforms, including handling product press releases and PR.


5. Competitor & Market Analysis

  • Research competitor offerings (e.g., Microsoft Entra and similar platforms) to guide internal platform enhancements and differentiation.
  • Influence digital marketing strategies by providing insights into platform performance and market trends.


PII CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of personal information from customers, site visitors, and other targets
  • Must determine the process and methods by which the PII data are collected from customers
  • Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
  • Must ensure all changes and modifications of PII data are effectively done
  • Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
  • Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
  • Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected


Requirements

Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a System Analyst, Platform Product Manager, or similar role, ideally in identity management, SaaS, or platform solution environments.


Technical Expertise:

  • Proven ability to design and manage platform systems, preferably with experience in ID verification, access management, or biometric technologies.
  • Strong understanding of PII data processing, security protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with SaaS ecosystems and achieving Product-Market Fit.


Product Management Skills:

  • Experience owning go-to-market processes, market segmentation, and positioning for platform solutions.
  • Ability to translate technical capabilities into customer-centric value propositions.


Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing customer data, market trends, and competitor landscapes to drive platform improvements.


Collaboration: Exceptional team player with strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.


Problem-Solving: Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for seamless innovation.


Tools: Proficiency with platform analytics, CRM systems, and marketing tools (e.g., survey platforms, data visualization software).


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field. Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMP) or system analysis are a plus.
