We help organizations to acquire and service a lot of customers digitally by seamlessly automating their onboarding and service delivery processes, so that they can be more productive, make their customers happy and boost their revenues.  Our identity and essence are solving problems in a very seamless manner in line with our name; Seamfix is coined from Seamless fixing of problems.



What you will be doing:

  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and uptime
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network
  • Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery operations
  • Maintain and update system documentation
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control
  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data
  • Collaborate with other IT staff and stakeholders to develop and implement system improvements and upgrades
  • Ensuring all requests are logged and processed through to resolution and keeping the end user updated.
  • Escalate cases where necessary to 2nd line support and our external support providers where appropriate.
  • Continually identify opportunities for improved operational efficiencies and the aim of eliminating repetitive issues.
  • Manage intricate IT and infrastructure projects.
  • Handle  customer support and dealing with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line tickets.
  • Managing, monitoring, and maintaining IT infrastructure.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in system administration


What you will be needing:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related relevant field  
  • We'd prefer you to have 3 - 4 years of programming experience
  • Hands-on experience with Linux-based systems
  • Experience implementing web services
  • Experience working with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and Azure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with operating systems such as Windows and Linux
  • Knowledge of tools like Jira, Git, and Confluence.
  • Passion for contributing to the technology knowledge base
  • Passion and curiosity for building and creating things
  • Demonstrated knowledge of application security
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
