DevOps Engineer

•  Architect and implement scalable, multi-environment Kubernetes platforms using GitOps (ArgoCD, Flux)
• Design multi-cloud or hybrid cloud networking and infrastructure patterns
• Lead the adoption of platform engineering practices (Internal Developer Platform, golden paths)
• Implement advanced observability strategies (distributed tracing, SLO/SLI frameworks, cost attribution)
• Drive DevSecOps maturity: supply chain security, SBOM, policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno)
• Lead major infrastructure migrations (on-prem to cloud, cloud-to-cloud)
• Define CI/CD standards and templates for use across all engineering teams
• Mentor DevOps engineers and review infrastructure code and architecture proposals
• Lead post-incident reviews and drive systemic reliability improvements
• Collaborate with security, compliance, and architecture teams on platform governance

• Platform architecture design documents and ADRs (Architecture Decision Records)
• GitOps implementation and golden path templates
• Quarterly SLO/SLI performance reports
• Post-incident RCA reports with systemic corrective actions
• DevSecOps maturity assessments and improvement roadmaps
• Mentorship and onboarding guides for DevOps engineers

• Extensive experience with Kubernetes in production at scale
• Proven expertise in GitOps, platform engineering, and IaC at an enterprise level
• Deep knowledge of cloud networking, security, and cost management
• Experience with SRE practices and SLO/SLI frameworks
• Strong Python or Go scripting for platform tooling
• Demonstrated mentorship and technical leadership experience
