We help organizations acquire and service a lot of customers digitally by seamlessly automating their onboarding and service delivery processes so that they can be more productive, make their customers happy, and boost their revenues. Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Management

  • Administer and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
  • Ensure seamless integrations between CRM, email, analytics, and other tools in the marketing tech stack.


Campaign Execution and Support

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns, nurture programs, and other demand-generation activities.
  • Develop and refine workflows, templates, and processes for lead management.


Landing Page Development & CRO

  • Build and optimize marketing landing pages in WordPress using page builders or custom development.
  • Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize layouts and features as needed.
  • Conduct A/B tests, implement CRO best practices, and optimize landing pages for maximum conversions.
  • Use analytics tools to identify friction points in user journeys and recommend data-driven solutions.


Analytics and Data Management

  • Set up and manage website and campaign tracking using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Monitor performance metrics and create actionable insights based on user behavior and campaign outcomes.
  • Maintain data quality within the marketing database, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.


Process Optimization

  • Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Establish best practices for lead scoring, attribution modeling, and customer journey tracking.


Collaboration and Training

  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align goals and share insights.
  • Train team members on marketing tools, CRO tactics, and analytics platforms as needed.




PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years in marketing operations, demand generation, or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms
  • Strong knowledge of analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience in conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
  • WordPress development experience, including familiarity with themes, plugins, and page builders.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
  • Basic understanding of web tracking and UTM tagging.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
