The ideal leader for Seamfix’s Marketing and Sales Department must be a strategic visionary, a technical expert in B2B sales and marketing, and an exceptional team builder who understands how to drive predictable revenue growth through a harmonized sales and marketing engine. This individual must be both an orchestrator of potential and a data-driven strategist capable of translating Seamfix’s bold ambitions into tangible market dominance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and business goals.
  • Lead the formulation and implementation of business development plans across partnerships, marketing, and sales functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial targets and KPIs, and ensure these are met or exceeded.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partnerships that align with business objectives.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to maximize value and achieve business growth.
  • Marketing Oversight:
  • Oversee the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Sales Management:
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes to improve efficiency and close rates.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make informed adjustments to strategies as needed.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across the partnerships, marketing, and sales departments.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Provide regular performance feedback, development opportunities, and career growth paths for team members.
  • Financial Management:
  • Manage budgets for partnerships, marketing, and sales activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on growth metrics, performance against targets, and strategic initiatives for presentation to the executive team.



PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


QUALIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic partnerships, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.

This leader must be an expert in both sales and marketing, understanding how they intersect to drive predictable revenue growth. The leader’s expertise should cover:

Marketing Expertise:

  • Demand Generation & Lead Acquisition – Understanding how to generate high-quality MQLs using inbound and outbound marketing, digital campaigns, SEO, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership – Must be capable of making Seamfix a recognized name in biometric IAM, driving brand credibility through industry reports, analyst relations, and speaking engagements.
  • Conversion Optimization & Marketing Automation – Knowing how to nurture leads using platforms like Zymplify, Callbox, and HubSpot or Zoho CRM, ensuring that every lead moves smoothly through the funnel.
  • B2B Enterprise Marketing & Analyst Relations – Ability to work with Gartner, Forrester, Omdia, and industry influencers to ensure Seamfix’s biometric IAM solution is positioned as a leader in the market.
  • Go-To-Market Execution for a Complex Solution – Ability to position and differentiate Seamfix’s highly technical biometric IAM solutions in multiple markets (Africa, UK, UAE, etc.).
  • Metrics & ROI-Driven Thinking – Must know how to measure Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lead-to-Close Ratio, Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Marketing ROI, and Revenue Attribution.

Sales Expertise:

  • Enterprise & Government B2B Sales Mastery – Understanding of complex, high-value sales cycles, especially in regulated industries like government, telcos, and finance.
  • Deep understanding of MEDDICC sales process and firm alignment with its principles ( Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria, Decision Process, Identify pain, Champion, and Competition)
  • Pipeline Management & Sales Forecasting – Must be able to build a predictable pipeline and accurately forecast revenue based on lead velocity and conversion rates.
  • Customer-Centric Selling & Consultative Sales – Ability to understand customer pain points deeply and develop sales strategies that address compliance, security, and operational needs.
  • Understanding of the Full Revenue Lifecycle – Knows how marketing generates demand, sales converts, and customer success retains & expands accounts.
  • Channel & Partnership Sales – Knows how to leverage partnerships (e.g., working with Tecnotree, Visa, Quintek) to drive market penetration and indirect sales.
