Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent across various roles. He/she will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Manage and coordinate the interview process, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resources Information system (HRIS) with candidate information and hiring progress.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in technology and recruitment to refine hiring strategies.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




PII CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of personal information from customers, site visitors, and other targets
  • Must determine the process and methods by which the PII data are collected from customers
  • Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
  • Must ensure all changes and modifications of PII data are effectively done
  • Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
  • Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
  • Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in the tech industry or an IT staffing agency.
  • Familiarity with diversity hiring initiatives and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and IT industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Stack Overflow.
  • Experience in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
