Role Summary

As an Experienced Project and Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects and managing client accounts. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, coordinating client communication, and ensuring project milestones are met on time, within scope, and within budget. You will also be the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the quality and success of our services

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to client specifications.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client needs and issues. Ensure the account is retained.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and collaborate with internal teams, including developers, designers, and other project stakeholders, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular project updates, addressing any concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Scope and Budget Management: Ensure that project scopes are clearly defined and budgets are adhered to while managing any changes or adjustments as needed.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues that may affect the project's timeline, quality, or budget.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain thorough project documentation, including status reports, timelines, and other relevant project information.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes to enhance project efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirement

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a tech or IT-related environment.
  • Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Languages:

  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with our international client base.

Certifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications will be an added advantage

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
