Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies
  • Own the product launch (Go-To-Market) process
  • Design and implement market segmentation for assigned products
  • Collaborate with product teams to achieve Product-Market-Fit for Our SaaS Products
  • Create Consistent positioning statements, messaging, and associated proof points to help drive customer acquisition
  • Create Compelling Marketing materials for different collateral types and audiences
  • Manage cross-selling, upselling, customer retention, and customer value management processes for assigned products
  • Influence the direction and strategies of our Digital Marketing
  • Create and present information about our SaaS Products and the market they serve
  • Always represent the company with any audience to explain the customer-led benefits of assigned products
  • Communicate the product vision and value to the sales and product teams to facilitate product sales and direction.
  • Handle product press releases and PR
  • Establish product pricing by using market research data
  • Research competitor offerings to guide internal propositions
  • Obtain Insights into Customer’s Usage of Current Products Untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups, and sales data.
  • Utilize necessary marketing tools to gather and get insights into customer’s behavioral usage
  • Draw up and own the product marketing budget
  • Arm sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to be successful.
  • Optimize and improve our product marketing metrics - CAC, LTV, Churn, Revenue, etc.
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager


PII DATA PROCESSOR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, create, and implement IT processes and systems that would enable the data controller to gather personal data.
  • Use tools and strategies to gather personal data.
  • Implement security measures that would safeguard personal data.
  • Store personal data gathered by the data controller.
  • Transfer PII data from the data controller to another organization and vice versa.


Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Product Marketing or Traditional Marketing in general
  • Experience in Market Analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing frameworks and tactics
  • Working knowledge of marketing technology tools
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Creativity and good analytical skills
  • Ability to produce quality documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal relationship management skills
  • Time Management skills and ability to produce quality work with minimal supervision
