• Design the robust project structure, develop roles and responsibilities matrix, guide throughout the whole project lifecycle and reach the established goal;
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments gathering requirement and identifying dependencies to design well-justified and beneficial project scope;
• Maintain a bond with internal and external suppliers by assigning descriptive tasks and negotiating expected deliverables;
• Stay abreast of project dynamics from the scope-time-resource perspective, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure project stays on track;
• Spearhead cross-functional distributed project team, facilitating communication, sharing project updates and escalate issues to key stakeholders, keeping everyone engaged and informed;
• Create and maintain effective project documentation, which involves keeping meticulous records throughout the project;
• Incorporate and tailor project management best practices and methodologies to specific project’s needs.

• Higher education;
• 2+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success;
• Solid understanding of project management theory (PMP/PRINCE2/etc. certification would be considered as advantage);
• Competence in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), basic concepts and definitions;
• Experience in iGaming industry would be considered as advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of English, good knowledge of Russian and Latvian;
• Experience in utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com);
• Good communication, organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership;
• Energy and proactiveness.
