WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Accurately and efficiently input data from various sources, including physical documents and electronic files, into databases and spreadsheets.
  • Verify the accuracy of data by cross-referencing information against source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical records, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly filed.
  • Convert physical documents and records into a digital format as part of our digitization efforts.
  • Strictly adhere to protocols for maintaining data confidentiality and security, especially when handling sensitive information.
  • Operate and maintain proficiency with various software applications, including Microsoft Excel and other database management systems.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Proven experience in a data entry or clerical role.
  • Exceptional typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high degree of organizational skill.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with database systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • College diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
