WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. Sales & Customer Acquisition

  • Promote and sell the full range of Mogo Credit Tanzania financial products, with a primary focus on Bajaj & /or TVS motorcycles.
  • Drive sales of new and used motorcycles, cars, and three-wheelers as required.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through all available sales channels.


2. Loan & Documentation Process

  • Execute the loan issuance process for qualified customers in line with Mogo Credit Tanzania’s policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time.


3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and follow up until the sale is finalized.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sales process.


4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist with branch administrative tasks such as vehicle/motorbike inspections, price updates, and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Ensure all sales activities follow Mogo Credit Tanzania’s standard operating procedures.


5. Performance & Compliance

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing, financing terms, and competitor products.
  • Adhere to Mogo Credit Tanzania’s compliance standards, ethical guidelines, and quality requirements.


6. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform any other duties assigned to support branch sales operations.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, motorcycle, or financial services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Customer-oriented with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic data entry systems.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Good understanding of the Tanzanian market and customer needs.
