WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in line with Mogo Credit Tanzania’s accounting and reporting standards.
  • Reconcile physical stock counts with system records and investigate any variances.
  • Monitor and record all inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.
  • Prepare regular inventory and stock valuation reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls on inventory management.
  • Support month-end and year-end inventory closing activities.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in both internal and external stock audits by providing required documentation.
  • Share list of deactivated GPS sim cards to MNOs (monthly)
  • Recommend process improvements to optimize stock levels and reduce holding costs.


WHAT YOU NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (Tanzania) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in inventory accounting or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and accounting standards.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting/and ERP software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
