Dutch Managing Compliance Officer

We’re looking for a driven and detail oriented Dutch Speaking Managing Compliance Officer to lead and manage compliance framework for the Dutch market.

· Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

· Minimum 3 years of hand-on compliance experience in the Dutch iGaming market (both online casino and sportsbook), preferably with a licensed operator in Netherlands

· Knowledgeable in Dutch gambling regulations, responsible gambling obligations, advertising standards.

· Additional knowledge in AML related matters will be considered as an advantage

· Relevant qualifications in compliance, risk management are a plus

· Experience in other regulated markets also will be considered as an advantage

· Ability to work independently in challenging, fast-paced international environment

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once

· High degree of integrity, adaptability to changes

· Lead and manage compliance framework for Dutch market, ensuring full alignment with respective regulations and company policies

· Act as a main point of contact with KSA by handling all licence related matters, issues and other compliance topics

· Preparation and submission of regulatory reports required by the regulator

· Monitoring, reporting, and escalation of regulatory changes affecting the Dutch market

· Drafting and updating the company’s framework of policies, procedures and guidelines

· Assisting with internal and external audits

· Assisting in RG and other department related matters in case of escalation to compliance
