Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, with 3+ years of experience who has a strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.

• Coordinating cross-department technical and business projects from initiation to delivery.
• Planning, scheduling, and effective resource allocation in constrained or high-demand environments.
• Grooming development tickets, refining acceptance criteria, and liaising with Product Owner
• Leading cross-functional teams (technical, product, operations, compliance) of 10+ members and facilitation communication in between.
• Implementing and overseeing the change control process to manage scope, quality, and timelines.
• Managing risk and issue tracking, escalation handling, and mitigation planning.
• Defining and executing quality assurance processes to meet regulatory and business standards.

Hard Skills:

• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies.
• End-to-end project planning and execution: defining project scope, setting realistic timelines, sequencing and monitoring tasks. 
• Converting complex business requirements into technical specifications, and translating technical concepts into clear business language.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and release management.
• Knowledge of web application architecture fundamentals (frontend, backend, databases.
• Basic data analysis skills for validation and troubleshooting.

Required stack: 

·       Jira (Trello, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools).

·       Confluence.

·       Diagram, brainstorming, whiteboard, UX/UI tools.
