Job Overview


The Tonybet Brand Manager will be responsible for leading the brand presence in the local market, ensuring all marketing activities, customer interactions, and site functionalities are aligned with local preferences and regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of the local market dynamics, customer behavior, and regulatory environment. The Brand Manager will act as the market expert, iGaming specialist, and online shop owner for the region.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Market Expertise and Campaign Planning

  - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the local market, including key dates such as paydays, holidays, and significant events.

  - Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the local market, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.

  - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

  - Collaborate with the central marketing team to adapt global campaigns for local relevance.

 

Local iGaming Expertise

  - Gain deep insights into local gambling behaviors, preferences, and trends.

  - Ensure compliance with local gambling regulations and maintain a strong network with local regulatory bodies.

  - Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, influencers, and key figures in the gambling community.

  - Provide feedback to the product team on local preferences and regulatory requirements to ensure product offerings meet market needs.

 

Online Shop Management

  - Oversee the localization of the online casino site, ensuring content and functionalities are tailored to the local market.

  - Regularly review site content and features to ensure they are up-to-date and fully functional.

  - Collaborate with the product owner to address any site issues promptly and ensure a seamless user experience.

  - Conduct regular audits to ensure the site meets local language, cultural, and regulatory standards.

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a marketing or brand management role, preferably in the iGaming industry.

- Strong understanding of the local market, including customer behaviors, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment.

- Excellent network within the local gambling community and regulatory bodies.

- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
