RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Building strong relationships with valuable customers and provide superb service and gaming experiences tailored to them.
  • Monitoring individual customer performance and ensure that bonuses, gifts, and hospitality invitations are offered in accordance with business requirements.
  • Handling customers’ day-to-day queries and complaints by phone or e-mail, occasionally including out of hours if necessary, in order to provide the VIP with personal and ‘competition beating’ service.
  • Retaining an overview of the situation even when there are lots of customer inquiries to deal with.
  • Working in close cooperation with other departments: give feedback about customer issues.
  • Being on hand to advise and help our customers in case of questions and problems.
  • Improving existing customer services and take part in developing new ones.
  • Escalating all sorts of technical problems reported by the customers to the line manager.
  • Performing other line manager written and verbal tasks related to the job duties.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Finnish language proficiency at the native level.
  • English language proficiency at the fluent level.
  • Highly communicative, emphatic and confident.
  • Organized, customer centric, good analytical skills, and focused on small details.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered a plus.
  • Experience communicating with customers by phone and email is considered a plus.
  • Previous experience in iGaming is considered a plus.
