Qualifications

  • Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company’s vision and long-term goals.
  • Drive product roadmap formulation and effectively represent the product team to external stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve business objectives.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into product requirements that shape the roadmap and define key metrics for success.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams to shape requirements, features, and end products.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create comprehensive product plans and roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor product managers,  coordinating efforts across cross-functional teams.
  • Produce and review Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure timely and accurate product launches by managing timelines and coordinating with relevant teams.
  •  Make creative recommendations to expand the product portfolio and vision.
  • Track and analyze product use and its impact on end users to inform ongoing product development.
  • Gather and refine requirements, determine features, write product specs, and manage backlogs for rapid product iteration.
  • Communicate product updates effectively across teams and to key stakeholders.
  • Set and manage product roadmaps and priorities to ensure products are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Represent the product team with partners and leaders to align resources and ensure successful product outcomes.
  • Drive the product growth in collaboration with sales and marketing team


PII CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of personal information from customers, site visitors, and other targets
  • Must determine the process and methods by which the PII data are collected from customers
  • Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
  • Must ensure all changes and modifications of PII data are effectively done
  • Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
  • Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
  • Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected


Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • An MBA or MSc in Digital Transformation is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of modern engineering practices, with a solid background in software development and program management.
  • Domain expertise in Identity technology and leveraging AI tools to build products is a plus.
  • Proven expertise in managing the entire product lifecycle and a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex scenarios involving competing priorities and diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong experience in understanding customer needs and driving product direction to align with those needs.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and a strong aptitude for problem-solving.
  • Creative and strategic thinking, with a keen eye for innovative product development.
