What It's About?

As the Technical Product Manager for the Product Management team, you

will guide important programs from creation through execution. You will oversee product life cycle management, and ensure the successful launch of

new products.


You will be in a unique position of having multiple teams as your core

customers and will lean on an accomplished Data & Engineering team to

ensure that our products provide remarkable experience and accuracy.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING


  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
  • Drive road map formulation and represent the team to external stakeholders and cross functional partners
  • Lead the planning, scoping, and prioritization of projects to achieve all of our goals
  • Understand your customer's needs and their jobs to be done. Summarize those needs to shape the product road map, and define and improve important metrics
  • Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
  • Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
  • Lead product managers and coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD)
  • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule
  • Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
  • Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end users
  • Gather requirements, determine features, write product specs, refine feedback, help write test plans, manage the backlog, and ship quickly
  • Communicate product updates effectively to your team and partners
  • Set the product's road map and priorities to guarantee a product is completed on time and within scope
  • Represent the team with partners and leaders to align resources and prioritization


PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of personal information from customers, site visit

ors, and other targets

  • Must determine the process and methods in which the PII data are collected from customers
  • Must determine the specific type of PII data to be collected
  • Must ensure all change and modifications of PII data are effectively done
  • Must determine where and how to use the PII data and for a specified purpose
  • Must ensure effective storage of all PII data in-house and when to share with third parties
  • Must determine the retention period for all PII data collected.

WHAT YOU'LL BE NEEDING

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager/Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Deep knowledge of modern Engineering processes.
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with Agile framework
  • Navigated difficult situations with competing partner needs and across multiple audiences (individual contributors, managers, executives)
  • Experience with customer empathy and experience shaping product direction and execution based on customer needs
  • You will figure out solutions to hard problems with constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks
