As we continue to expand internationally, we are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our legal team. In this role, you will support the business across the Group’s operating jurisdictions, providing practical legal advice on a broad range of matters and helping ensure that the company continues to operate in a compliant, commercially sound and risk-aware manner.

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including iGaming, technology, software and service-related contracts;
• Support the business on legal and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions;
• Monitor developments in online gambling regulation and assess their impact on the business, identifying legal risks and proposing practical solutions;
• Assist with gaming licence applications, renewals and ongoing regulatory obligations in various markets;
• Provide legal advice on a broad range of matters, including consumer protection, employment, data protection, corporate governance, intellectual property, technology and general commercial law;
• Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, corporate service providers and other third parties where required;
• Support the handling of contentious and non-contentious legal matters, including coordination with external counsel where necessary;
• Assist with corporate housekeeping and support corporate structuring and restructuring matters across the Group;
• Support the protection of the company’s intellectual property portfolio, including registrations, renewals and brand-related matters;
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across different departments, providing clear, practical and business-oriented legal guidance;
• Take on additional legal tasks and responsibilities in line with the needs of the business.

• Law degree.
• At least 2 years of legal experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience in a law firm is an advantage.
• Admission to the Bar is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts and regulated business environments.
• Experience advising on licensing, regulatory and commercial legal matters across multiple jurisdictions is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
• High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion.
