Responsible Gambling Specialist

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Responsible Gambling Specialist who is passionate about player protection and can make well-balanced, data-driven decisions while supporting vulnerable customers. • Analyse Responsible Gambling cases and make informed decisions based on internal policies and risk indicators.
• Apply Responsible Gambling measures, including account restrictions, temporary suspensions, self-exclusions and account closures when necessary.
• Communicate with players in a professional and empathetic manner, providing support and guidance where appropriate.
• Review Responsible Gambling-related refund requests and assess each case individually.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare internal documentation.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Team Lead when needed.
• Monitor player registrations and investigate potential underage gambling cases.
• Work closely with Customer Support, Compliance and other internal teams to ensure the best outcome for players.
• Identify opportunities to improve Responsible Gambling processes and contribute to a safer gaming environment.
• Ensure all Responsible Gambling activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

• At least 1 years of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Previous experience in Responsible Gambling, Player Protection, Risk, Fraud, Compliance, or a similar analytical role within iGaming.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess player behaviour and make independent decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of responsibility.
• Empathetic, emotionally resilient and comfortable handling sensitive situations.
• Interest in behavioural psychology, player protection and Responsible Gambling.
• Strong planning, organisational and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in other languages would be considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and other standard business applications.
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and CRM systems will be considered an advantage.
