We are looking for an AML/KYC Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct player due diligence, review transaction monitoring alerts and help identify potential financial crime and fraud.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard players, conduct due diligence in line with company standards and perform periodic reviews.
  • Review potential matches identified through sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEP) and adverse media screening.
  • Respond to financial crime escalations submitted to the AML team through the ticketing system.
  • Review transaction monitoring alerts for potential financial crime.
  • Escalate cases of potential financial crime to the MLRO.
  • Monitor relevant systems for signs of fraudulent activity.
  • Document review decisions clearly and accurately in accordance with the Compliance Manual.
  • Follow company policies and procedures and stay informed of updates.


Requirements

  • A university degree, preferably in finance, economics or management.
  • Previous experience as an AML/KYC Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent English and Estonian. Knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Accuracy, a strong sense of responsibility and good organisational skills.
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts from 08:00 to 18:00 on a two-days-on, two-days-off schedule.
