YOUR MAIN DUTIES

  • Develop, implement, and manage licensing programs for flight and cabin crew members in accordance with national and international aviation regulations.
  • Ensure all crew members maintain current and valid licenses and certifications, and manage the renewal process.
  • Coordinate with regulatory authorities, training organizations, and internal departments to facilitate training and certification processes.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all crew licenses, certifications, and training activities.
  • Monitor changes in aviation regulations and update licensing and training programs accordingly.
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members regarding licensing requirements and professional development opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs to enhance crew skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to verify the licensing and certification credentials of new hires.
  • Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in audits and inspections related to crew licensing and training compliance.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Education, Business Administration, or a related field will be considered as an advantage;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent English language skills;
