WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards for both the Operator and the State.
  • Maintain the program's policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports on the security department's performance, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
  • Monitor and review security performance indicators.
  • Foster a robust security awareness and culture across the organization.
  • Perform audits and inspections when required.
  • Provide essential support for both internal and external auditors.
  • Collaborate with departments to create and maintain an emergency response plan for various scenarios, including aircraft incidents and natural disasters.
  • Develop and conduct training sessions and drills to ensure staff preparedness for emergencies, regularly updating training materials to align with best practices.
  • Conduct debriefings and analyses post-incident to identify lessons learned and implement improvements.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

  • You should be a university graduate or started higher education (a degree in Aviation, Safety, or Security will be considered as an advantage);
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards;
  • Willingness to learn software like Web Manuals, Q-Pulse, and Power BI;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities under pressure, and challenging interactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Good MS Office skills;
  • Excellent English (both: written and spoken);
  • You must have  good planning skills that go along with proper time management and flexibility;
  • You must have the ability to think from first principles and work well cross-functionally, including with other departments;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities under pressure, and challenging interactions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment;
  • Good teamwork skills.
