A320 TRI Course - Internal Vacancy for SmartLynx LTC

SmartLynx Crew Training Department is looking for motivated and capable colleagues ready to undergo A320 TRI course and join the Training Team in the role of A320 TRI.

MAIN DUTIES:

• Conduct A320 Type Rating FTD and FSTD training sessions for ATO and operator;
• Conduct TRI LIFUS in the aircraft;
• Conduct ground training duties as required;
• Making proposals for improving safety standards and efficiency in training;
• Fill the training forms promptly on completion of the training or check.

If you have:

• Hold current EASA ATPL license with A320 type rating;
• Meet FCL.915.TRI prerequisites
• Hold A320 LTC position in SmartLynx

And if you have:



·      Excellent communication and presentation skills;

·      Good CRM skills;

·      Friendly and open attitude towards people.

Previous training experience in other training roles will be considered as advantage.
