As a Policy Implementation Officer, your primary focus will be on implementing and managing organizational policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with established policies, conduct risk analyses, and update policies based on the findings. Effective communication with stakeholders and employees will convey policy updates and risk analysis outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures throughout the organization;
• Conduct risk analyses to identify potential areas for policy improvement and address concerns;
• Initiate, create, and update policies, procedures, and related documents as needed;
• Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and debates related to policy matters to gather insights and make informed decisions;
• Prepare and deliver clear communication to stakeholders and employees regarding policy updates and risk analysis outcomes;
• Prepare written materials such as briefings, speeches, and reports to communicate policy information effectively;
• Organize and conduct knowledge tests to ensure employees' comprehension of policies.

• Demonstrated interest in policy and driving positive changes;
• Previous experience in a similar position (e.g., compliance manager) is preferable;
• A degree in public administration and social policy, politics and international relations, psychology, sociology, or a law degree will be considered as an advantage;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively convey policy information to different audiences;
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and employees;
• Good organization skills to manage priorities and meet policy implementation deadlines;
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing policy requirements and a dynamic work environment.
