We are looking for a Payment Onboarding Manager to join our team and take ownership of the full lifecycle of PSP (Payment Service Provider) management: from market research and onboarding to ongoing performance monitoring. This role requires a detail-oriented and structured professional who can manage documentation, ensure compliance, and coordinate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate potential new PSPs
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including due diligence, documentation, and setup
  • Support technical integration in collaboration with developers and product teams
  • Review agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance
  • Monitor PSP performance, identify risks, and suggest improvements
  • Act as the main point of contact for PSPs during onboarding and ongoing cooperation
  • Oversee regular KYB procedures
  • Ensure all PSP documentation is complete, accurate, and well-maintained
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Risk departments on agreements, settlements, and compliance matters
  • Provide structured updates and reporting on PSP portfolio performance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking, or compliance roles
  • Strong skills in documentation management and process organization
  • Good understanding of KYC/AML/KYB practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident level of English (B2 or higher); knowledge of an additional language is a plus
  • Technical background or experience with API integrations is an advantage, but not required
  • High level of self-organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
