What we are looking for

An energetic technician and driver with sufficient cabling experience in fibre, aerial or satellite dish installations to grow our network in the communities we serve.

What you will be doing

  • Carry out all scheduled air fibre installations and maintenance jobs daily.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets (KPIs).
  • Manage stock allocated to the technical team effectively.
  • Adhere to the Company’s standards, policies and procedures.
  • Manage time effectively.
  • Remove and repurpose installed equipment.
  • Communicate progress throughout the day with the technical operations management team.
  • Complete all required Company training provided.

Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • Matric.
  • Approximately 1 year’s basic cabling experience.
  • Relevant technical skills.
  • Good understanding of basic safety protocols.
  • MUST HAVE a valid driver’s licence and roadworthy vehicle.
  • Trustworthiness and reliability.
