Civil / Structural Engineering Student Placement (Jan–Aug 2027)

Locations: Galway, Sligo & Dublin (limited positions available)

Duration: January – August 2027

We are currently seeking undergraduate Civil and Structural Engineering students (non-graduates) for our 2027 placement programme. This opportunity is designed for students completing a placement year as part of their degree, offering hands-on experience on real projects within a leading multidisciplinary consultancy.

Successful candidates will join one of our core engineering divisions and gain exposure to a variety of live projects, working alongside experienced professionals

in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Placements are available within:

• Building & Infrastructure
• Water & Utilities
• Roads & Transportation

• Support engineering teams on active projects
• Assist with design work, technical reports, and documentation
• Conduct research, data analysis, and site-related tasks as required
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to project delivery
• Gain practical experience aligned with your academic studies

• Currently studying Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
• Seeking a placement from January – August 2027
• Strong interest in engineering design and infrastructure projects
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Eager to learn and develop in a professional environment

• Exposure to a range of real-world engineering projects
