As a Graduate at TOBIN, you will work as part of experienced project teams on a wide range of projects across Ireland. You will be given the opportunity to apply what you have learned during your studies, develop new skills, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of projects, from concept and design through to delivery.

Graduate roles at TOBIN are designed to support learning and development. You will receive mentoring from senior colleagues, structured on‑the‑job training, and opportunities to take on increasing levels of responsibility as your confidence and competence grow.

While responsibilities will vary depending on your discipline and team, graduate roles typically involve:

• Supporting project teams with technical and analytical tasks
• Assisting with reports, drawings, designs, and calculations
• Participating in site visits, meetings, and project reviews
• Collaborating with colleagues across different disciplines
• Developing an understanding of industry standards, best practice, and regulatory requirement
