Dash Living is Asia Pacific's leading manager and operator of living sector assets, with a presence in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan. Acquired in 2025 by Rava Partners, the real estate private equity arm of Hillhouse, Dash Living has continued its rapid growth and regional expansion.

We are looking for a Regional Brand Director / Chief Marketing Officer to lead and shape our brand across markets. Based in Hong Kong, this role works directly with the CEO to strengthen brand positioning, support growth, and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints in all regions.




WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and drive Dash Living’s overall brand strategy and positioning across ALL regions.
  • Work directly with the CEO on brand direction, strategy, campaigns, key initiatives and new acquisitions (see below).
  • Deliver brand standards to new asset acquisitions and various other customer touchpoints such as external advertisements and social media channels, our website, app and our community.
  • Manage a global branding & performance marketing budget across various channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, marketing, and physical spaces
  • Ongoing audit of brand consistency across all touchpoints (both physical and digital). 
  • Lead and manage designers, agencies, and external partners
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and regional teams


WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8+ years’ experience in brand strategy / brand marketing
  • Proven track record building or scaling a consumer or lifestyle brand (hospitality, real estate, living, travel preferred) and/or agency background with strong portfolio of consumer brands.
  • Strong ability to define brand positioning, voice, and visual identity
  • Experience working closely with CEO / senior leadership
  • Ability to lead brand strategy across multiple markets (APAC preferred)
  • Strong creative judgment; experience managing designers and agencies
  • Commercial mindset with understanding of growth, acquisitions, and market entry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Chinese or Japanese is a plus
