ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a driven and curious Sales Intern / Business Development Intern to support the commercial growth of our Hong Kong portfolio of serviced apartments, hotels, and coliving properties. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to sales operations, business development, market research, and customer engagement in a fast-growing startup environment.


You will work closely with the Sales, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to support revenue generation, strengthen partnerships, and improve sales processes. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn how a high-performing commercial team operates while contributing directly to business outcomes.


WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up across corporate, relocation, long-stay, and leisure segments
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pitch materials for potential partners and clients
  • Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, guest demographics, and emerging trends
  • Help maintain and update the CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
  • Coordinate with the Reservations team to support booking inquiries, guest communication, and conversion
  • Assist in analysing sales performance metrics, channel performance, and campaign results
  • Support the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, including events, partnerships, and promotions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Customer Service to ensure a smooth guest journey
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, customer experience, and team efficiency
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager / Head of Sales

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Real Estate, or related fields
  • Strong interest in sales, business development, hospitality, or real estate
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus
  • Familiarity with G Suite, CRM tools, Slack, or cloud platforms is an advantage
  • A positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to take on new challenges
