Reception & Community Engagement
- Oversee daily operations and customer support for the assigned property or cluster
- Build strong tenant engagement and foster a positive community atmosphere
- Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalations, urgent issues, and emergency cases
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, traffic flow, and reservations
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other community team members to resolve service-related matters
- Perform shift duties as required (including weekends)
- Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager
Security & Safety
- Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
- Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for all tenants and guests
