As Dash Living continues to grow, we are enhancing our tenant experience across Hong Kong. Our Overnight Community Specialists serve as brand ambassadors, ensuring every guest and tenant enjoys a seamless, welcoming, and safe stay that reflects Dash Living’s values.

Reception & Community Engagement

  • Oversee daily operations and customer support for the assigned property or cluster
  • Build strong tenant engagement and foster a positive community atmosphere
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by handling escalations, urgent issues, and emergency cases
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, traffic flow, and reservations
  • Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and other community team members to resolve service-related matters
  • Perform shift duties as required (including weekends)
  • Support ad hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager



Security & Safety

  • Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular patrols of the premises
  • Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for all tenants and guests


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in guest services, concierge, hospitality, or related fields
  • Higher Diploma / Professional Certificate or above in any discipline
  • Prior experience in reception, customer service, or security is an advantage
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to stay alert, composed, and professional during overnight hours
  • Basic knowledge of security systems and procedures is preferred
  • Physically fit to conduct patrols when required
  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about customer service and community engagement
  • Experience in boutique hotels, serviced accommodation, co-living, co-working, membership clubs, or start-up environments is a plus
  • Security or first-aid certification is an advantage
  • Good sense of humour is a plus—we love people who bring positive energy
  • Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome


Work Hours:

  • 10-hour shift
  • 9:30 PM – 7:30 AM (includes 1-hour meal break)
