What we are looking for

We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager to lead coordination and improve the processes behind TooMuchWifi’s marketing engine. You’ll work closely with team leads across Field Marketing, Digital, Sales, Community Engagement, and Customer Experience to ensure flawless execution of campaigns across the marketing funnel — from acquisition to retention.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing coordination and project management, particularly within relevant industries and verticals. You should possess excellent project management skills and thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.

About the role

As a Marketing Operations Manager at TooMuchWifi, you will own the full marketing operating model and campaign execution across both online and offline channels in our communities.


You’ll support lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion strategies, backed by data-driven insights.


You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the marketing, sales, and activations teams; administering the marketing tech stack; overseeing campaign processes, reporting infrastructures; and ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.


This role also includes oversight of Field Marketing Operations, including the execution of activations, partner operations, and regional marketing resource allocation, in close collaboration with the Activations Leads.

What you will be doing

Marketing Operations:


  • Lead the development and continuous improvement of TooMuchWifi’s campaign and go-to-market processes across all marketing channels.
  • Implement scalable marketing workflows using automation and project management tools.
  • Support campaign planning and execution in collaboration with Growth, Brand, Field, and Community teams.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure timelines, responsibilities, and outcomes are clearly defined and met.

Brand Management

  • Maximize TooMuchWifi’s brand presence in the communities and ensure a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
  • Roll out new branding across out-of-home, retail, community, and field locations.
  • Oversee the sourcing, development, distribution, quality checks, and maintenance of branded locations, apparel, assets, and creatives.
  • Collaborate with in-house artist teams on mural creation and brand guidance.
  • Ensure visible and consistent branding across all communities served.


Community Engagement and Field Marketing

  • Develop and execute regional go-to-market (GTM) strategies to build brand awareness, community trust, and drive lead generation in new and existing communities.
  • Create and implement monthly field strategies to defend market share and accelerate growth.
  • Support community investment and marketing opportunities in collaboration with the Community Engagement Manager and Area Leaders.
  • Plan and manage community activations, launches, events, and field marketing activities.


Team Management

Lead a team of:

  • Brand Artists and Painters: responsible for creating branded murals and artwork.
  • Field Marketing Teams: responsible for executing field marketing initiatives.
  • Outsourced Field Marketing Partners: responsible for providing additional support for field marketing initiatives.
  • KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Teams: responsible for managing influencer partnerships.
  • Mall Activations Team: responsible for planning and executing mall activations.
  • Event Teams: responsible for planning and executing events.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members as needed.
  • Manage team performance, KPIs, providing regular feedback, coaching and evaluations.
  • Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and develop team members as per the hiring plans


Partnerships

  • Secure and manage partnerships that enhance our brand experience and support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners on large-scale events, such as:
  • Sporting events, Concerts, Community events, Activations
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with our brand values and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, including:
  • Event organizers, Venue managers, Influencers, Community leaders
  • Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between partners, internal stakeholders, and external agencies.


Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Generate reports by capturing and analyzing relevant data, metrics, and insights.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.


Administration and Coordination

  • Manage and maintain field marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of field marketing activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Minimum requirements (qualifications, skills and experience, other)

  • A relevant degree in Marketing and/or demonstrated on-the-job experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Operations Manager, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in tools such as social media platforms, project management software, CRM tools, Google Suite, and MS Office.
  • Excellent project management skills with direct experience managing activations and field marketing teams in TooMuchWifi communities.
  • Strong leadership and experience managing multi-layered field teams.
  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel and use your vehicle for work duties.
