As an IT Product Owner / IT Project Manager, you will bridge the business stakeholders and the IT team. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, managing the product roadmap and backlog, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs and align with our business goals. 

Main tasks will include:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders and the development team. 
• Create, prioritize, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring the team always has enough prepared tasks to work on. 
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand their needs, and translate these into actionable features. 
• Write clear and concise user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure that the development team understands the requirements. 
• Initiate, plan, and lead product implementation activities. 
• Create and maintain necessary documentation, and provide professional advice to your stakeholders. 
• Track and analyze product performance, using metrics to drive decision-making and improve product features. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope. 

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 
• Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an IT or software development environment. 
• Good understanding of IT project management, requirements engineering, and software development methodologies. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficient in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). 
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude. 
• Familiarity with software development and web technologies is a plus.
