About the role

Our team is growing, and there are no plans to stop. We strive to grow even faster in the coming years, so we need a real talent hunter who is capable of helping us hire the right people at the right time. We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to partner with our hiring managers and help us build a strong hiring pipeline. In this role, you will:

  • Conduct HR interviews to determine candidates' cultural and professional suitability for the role.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to orchestrate the entire recruitment cycle for multiple positions. This includes crafting a compelling sourcing strategy, conducting interviews, managing feedback, and facilitating successful onboarding with the rest of the people team.
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to enhance the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain comprehensive data reports and metrics to facilitate data-driven improvements to recruitment processes as necessary.
  • Proactively explore innovative recruitment strategies, seeking out new ideas and approaches to attract top talent.
  • Cultivate a network of professional relationships to boost a pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
  • Assist in researching and determining new markets based on recruitment data, contributing to strategic decision-making regarding talent acquisition.

What we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years of successful recruiting experience in-house.
  • Experience working with an ATS (Workable, Greenhouse, Lever, or other).
  • Ability to balance between business and people needs.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment metrics.
  • Analytical skills (ability to analyze, identify, and track performance).
  • Proactive approach to finding solutions and driving process improvements.
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills.
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

The offered salary range for this position starts from 2550 € (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
