Customer Support Specialist (French speaking)

You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. Ultimately, you will help to establish our reputation as the company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

• Respond to customer queries via phone and emails in a timely and accurate manner
• Identify customer needs and help our customers to use specific features
• Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with our customers
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with other team members
• Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams

• Proficient written and spoken French, English and Lithuanian language
• Familiarity with our industry is a huge plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Experience in customer support or a similar role
• Knowledge of others' languages is also an advantage

The salary range for this position is 1700-2500€ (gross) per month. Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.
