Responsibilities

• Take ownership of managing multiple expansion projects simultaneously, from defining the scope, stakeholders and timings and planning up to implementation, ensuring that each projects life-cycle is completed successfully.
• Coordinate the work of a team consisting of internal stakeholders from different functional expertise.
• In case of issues related to project implementation on the grounds, you will escalate and assign relevant tasks to different team members if needed.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills, combined with excellent problem-solving skills and a sense of ownership
• Excellent organizational skills along with the ability to act
• Ability to build and maintain strong and trustful relationships

Requirements

• Higher education.
• 2+ years of experience in project management with a proven track record of success;
• Solid understanding of project management.
• Experience in iGaming industry would be considered as advantage.
• Experience in compliance, regulation cycles and processes.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Experience in utilizing project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Good communication, organizational skills, and a high sense of ownership
• Energy and proactiveness.
