We are looking for an experienced CRM Manager to own and develop CRM activities for the Global iGaming market. This role is focused on lifecycle marketing, automation, localization, and retention, with a strong emphasis on Ontario compliance, responsible gaming, and cultural relevance for Canadian players. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize CRM strategies for the Global market; 
  • Own lifecycle communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app channels; 
  • Localize global CRM campaigns for multiple markets, adapting tone of voice, messaging, and timing; 
  • Build and manage automated CRM journeys (onboarding, retention, reactivation, churn prevention, VIP flows);  
  • Translate major sports events, playoffs, and tentpole moments into compliant CRM campaigns;  
  • Work hands-on with Customer.io or similar marketing automation tools;  
  • Create and edit CRM content using HTML and AI-assisted tools (e.g., ChatGPT);  
  • Ensure all CRM communications comply with Ontario (AGCO) regulations and responsible gaming requirements;  
  • Apply approved promotional language and ensure adherence to bonus and messaging restrictions;  
  • Monitor competitor CRM activity in Canada (offers, bonuses, messaging tactics) and use insights for differentiation;  
  • Analyse CRM performance metrics and continuously improve engagement, retention, and LTV;   
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, Analytics, and Support teams. 


Requirements

  • 3+ years of CRM experience (iGaming preferred; regulated industries also considered); 
  • Strong experience with Customer.io or comparable CRM / marketing automation platforms; 
  • Proven ability to build complex CRM automations and lifecycle flows; 
  • Solid HTML editing skills for CRM communications;  
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and adaptation;   
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian iGaming market;  
  • Knowledge of responsible gaming and compliance requirements in Ontario;  
  • Familiarity with Canadian sports culture and leagues (NHL, NFL, NBA, MLB, CFL, MLS); 
  •  Ability to leverage sports calendars and cultural moments for CRM engagement;  
  • Excellent knowledge of English language; 
  • French language skills are welcomed.
