TECHNICAL COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST

AGCSOFT is looking for Technical Compliance Specialist to assist with all aspects of software licencing and compliance within the client’s regulatory environment of the business. As Officer within this team, you will be involved in exciting new projects, involving people of various backgrounds, where the technical side meets the business side and the regulatory side.

Salary gross up to 2600 EUR

• Ability to prepare Technical descriptions
• Good understanding of the software development life-cycle
• Ability to understand IT Systems, on a high-level
•  Ability to transcript compliance requirements in business terms
• Project Management aptitudes for coordinating complex certification projects with multiple dependencies
• Past experience in Compliance, Internal Control, Internal Audit, or a related area
• Experience of carrying out investigatory work
• Excellent English language knowledge
• Project Management experience

• Conducting certification programs of a technical nature, focused on coordinating different teams and people within our company with partner testing laboratories
• Detail technical requirements specifications for technical departments , to ensure these are compliant with legal frameworks of interest
• Assist with the preparation of technical compliance documentation
• Identifying compliance gaps or risks and alerting relevant stakeholders appropriately and in a timely manner
• Working with deadlines imposed by regulatory technical frameworks, to ensure the compliance of our products with the standards of specific authorities
• Take part in conducting periodic reviews and audits to test that existing compliance efforts are fit for purpose across all markets where the company operates.
• Perform risk assessments of the Company’s processes and procedures in accordance with various legal regulatory technical requirements and other external factors
• Analyze the company’s software products to compare their functionality with international standards
