AGCSoft, a product development company, is looking for an AI Innovator to help us level up by embedding artificial intelligence into the core of how we work.

We’re not looking for a dreamer — we’re looking for a builder and strategist who can turn ideas into tools.

You’ll be the architect of AGCSoft AI-powered future.

• Spot inefficiencies? Build pipelines to replace them.
• Hear a business pain point? Prototype a smart fix.
• Discover a new tool? Test and deploy it fast.

You won’t be doing this alone — you’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, analysts, and open-minded people across the company. But you’ll be the one charting the course.

• A solid grasp of today’s AI ecosystem: LLMs, generative AI, ML frameworks, automation stacks;
• Hands-on skills building working tools (Python, LangChain, Zapier, or no-/low-code);
• The ability to translate business problems into concrete, AI-powered solutions;
• Clear, confident communication with cross-functional teams;
• Proactive mindset, fast execution, and self-organization;
• Prompt engineering or API-integration experience — a strong plus;
