We are looking for a strong Compliance professional to join our Compliance Department. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working with senior management and key stakeholders in a fast-paced and agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure end-to-end compliance coverage for the Spanish regulated market and protect the license
  • Prepare, coordinate and submit regulatory reports required by the Regulator (periodic and ad-hoc)
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with the Regulator and other external stakeholders
  • Monitor, assess, and communicate upcoming regulatory changes and related risks to CCO and relevant internal stakeholders
  • Perform Compliance GAP analysis and support implementation of remediation actions across business functions
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and maintain a risk register, identifying key risk areas (“hot topics”) for the license
  • Review and evaluate business initiatives/decisions from a compliance perspective and provide clear guidance and recommendations
  • Drafting and updating the company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal compliance framework
  • Create marketing compliance guidelines and support Marketing/Commercial teams with compliant communications and campaigns
  • Provide training on regulatory and compliance matters to employees
  • Assist with internal and external audits and follow-up actions
  • Handle licensing-related matters and other compliance topics as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Law / Business Administration / IT / Technology or a related field
  • Must-have:  experience in Spanish regulated gambling market
  • Strong understanding of regulatory reporting and compliance obligations in regulated environments
  • Languages: Spanish & English (professional working proficiency)
  • Experience with AML and Responsible Gambling related matters will be a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; able to work with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • High integrity, proactive mindset, ability to adapt quickly to changes and take ownership
