CORPORATE TRAVEL AGENT

As our teams continue to scale and travel the world for industry events and partner launches, we are looking for a sharp, proactive Corporate Travel Agent to keep our business travelers moving seamlessly.

Your main mission is to ensure our team members travel efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively. You will be the go-to person for all things travel:

• Global Bookings: Assist BETBY business travelers in making optimal air and hotel reservations across different countries all over the world.
• Deal Hunting: Research, compare, and lock in the best prices and exclusive deals without compromising on comfort or schedule logic.
• Reservation Management: Smoothly handle changes, cancellations, and unexpected adjustments to reservations as travel plans shift.
• Ground Logistics: Coordinate and assist travelers with necessary airport, hotel, and event transfers.
• Proactive Support: Be the helpful, active, and reassuring point of contact for our team members before, during, and after their trips.

• Mid-Level Experience: A proven track record in booking international flights and hotels, with a deep understanding of complex global routing, fare structures, and international hotel markets.
• GDS Expertise: Direct hands-on experience working within core Global Distribution Systems—Amadeus, Apollo, Sabre, or Galileo is a major plus. You know how to navigate these systems efficiently to secure the best rates and routes.
• The Travel Agent Superpowers: You are lightning-fast, exceptionally organized, naturally helpful, and proactive in solving logistical problems before they even arise.
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Experience working within Jira (or similar task-tracking systems) to manage, prioritize, and track incoming internal travel requests is highly preferred.
• Hybrid-Ready: You are excited to collaborate in person and work from our Riga office 2–3 times a week.
• Language Proficiency: Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) are essential to successfully negotiate with international vendors and support our global team.
