HEAD OF ALTERNATIVE SPORTS

As our Head of Alternative Sports, you will take full strategic and operational ownership of our highest-profile sports vertical: Horse racing&Greyhound, Predictions and special odds, Cricket, MMA&Boxing. This is a heavy-impact, P&L-responsible leadership role where you will drive exponential profitability, optimize our data structures, and shape how millions of users engage with American sports.

You aren't just managing lines—you are leading a specialized trading team, collaborating with software developers to maximize model efficiency, and pioneering product features (like Betbuilder and Early Payout) to monetize the vertical year-round.

• Formulates the long term development strategy for the sports unit, focusing on driving exponential profitability growth;
• Holds full accountability for budgeting and P&L control for the assigned unit;
• Effectively adjusts betting line delivery strategies and promptly resolves issues related to shallow market depth or poor event coverage;
• Possesses a deep understanding of the model architecture within the unit and can make precise, targeted adjustments to maximize trading efficiency while collaborating closely with the trading software development team;
• Determines optimal data feeds for specific championships. Demonstrates an excellent grasp of the data provider market: knows where to purchase or scrape lines/odds, understands their actual market value, and knows how to maximize unit revenue using this data;
• Clearly understands current high demand product solutions for specific sports. Possesses valuable industry insights (e.g., margin benchmarks across various GEOs);
• Manages key product features (such as Betbuilder, Early Payout) and continuously generates new ideas to effectively market and monetize the sports vertical;
• Knows how to drive engagement toward target sports, championships, and markets; builds an effective retention and sales strategy during the off-season;
• Capable of assembling and leading a strong team to ensure the strategy is executed in strict accordance with the business plan.
• Responsible for next group of sports: Horse racing&Greyhound, Predictions and special odds, Cricket, MMA&Boxing.

• 3+ years of experience managing a sports vertical/division within major iGaming companies;
• A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing a sports unit's P&L;
• A deep understanding of the sports data provider market, including real market value and effective data cost optimization methods;
• Strong mathematical literacy - a solid grasp of the principles behind predictive modeling and probability calculations;
• Successful experience in implementing and commercializing product features within the sports category;
• Excellent negotiation skills with English proficiency at a B2+ level or higher
